Targeted Relief Without the Systemic Side Effects.
We formulate custom pain-management creams and transdermal gels combining anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxants, and nerve agents. Prepared safely in our OCP & NAPRA Certified Level C Hazardous Non-Sterile Facility with free delivery across the West GTA.
Oral pain medications travel through your digestive tract and bloodstream, often causing stomach ulcers, drowsiness, or organ strain. Our compounded topical treatments are applied directly to the site of pain, delivering high concentrations of active ingredients exactly where they are needed while minimizing systemic absorption.
Many active pharmaceutical ingredients used in advanced pain management (including specific nerve agents and concentrated powders) require specialized handling. We are one of the limited number of Ontario pharmacies operating a dedicated Level C Hazardous Non-Sterile Compounding room.
This ensures your custom pain-management cream is prepared strictly under NAPRA Model Standards with state-of-the-art containment and milling equipment, guaranteeing smooth textures, exact dosing accuracy, and optimal skin penetration. All formulas are reviewed by Nader Danyal, PharmD, RPh (OCP Lic. 604484).
Humber Bay Compounding Pharmacy prepares custom pain creams, transdermal gels, and neuropathic ointments at our Level C facility in Humber Bay Shores (2240 Lake Shore Blvd W, Unit 107). We offer free local delivery across Etobicoke, Mimico, and the Greater Toronto Area.
OHIP does not cover compounded medications, but many private insurance plans (such as Sun Life, Canada Life, and Manulife) do cover the active ingredients in pain compounds. Coverage depends entirely on your specific plan's criteria. We will submit a test claim and provide a firm cost estimate before preparing your medication.
You must consult with an authorized healthcare prescriber (such as your family doctor, rheumatologist, or sports medicine physician) who will determine the right combination of ingredients for your condition. Once prescribed, you can text a photo to (647) 348-2323 or prescribers can fax it directly to (647) 351-2323.
